Found the solution: If I do not make any wipe, it boot up successfull.

Tried it again and got my problems back, but now I've found the solution:

Problem was the original odexed LC1 ROM. With this ROM I've got always a boot loop but with an deodexed LC1 or any other Custom deodexed all is fine.

Like the red style...
