I'm really tempted to try this.. Carbon is one of my favorite Roms, and knowing you, MBQ, your build quality is excellent. Ill consider it

I've been running this since its release and it's incredibly stable. No FCs and love all the carbon rom options.

If you like carbon then this is just what you need lol.

Running smooth with lean kernel but 2 things. 1. Selecting 'language and input' causes a setting FC and 2. I prefer the stock browser over other browsers, so who in their right mind would get rid of that?!

The linaro kernel- Isn't it extremely optimized for jb? I guess I don't really know except from all of the roms that keep coming up saying that and arguments and so fourth. I guess I should do more research but have been super preoccupied with a new woman Not sure if it's just cm or what... All I know is what I've heard and the "good" kernel and others are supposed to be stellar...

i cant seem to get a lockscreen on the 3.16 or 3.17 nightlies, be it from the original dev thread or this one, but i havent tried any others. i used the original v. 1.5 a little while back and it had a lockscreen. is this a bug or am i missing something?

so I downloaded and flashed through clockwork mod recovery...and updated to the nightly dated march 19th...power button does not work at all...won't lock or unlock the phone however if i hold it down it will eventually shut the phone off...

web app was not installed so I couldn't use the browser at all...

not sure if there is a native screen shot mode but when i downloaded a couple screen shot apps the photos never showed up in the gallery..they were just black.

Maybe this was just a bad download or maybe it was clockwork mod, I'm not sure...

1. Something broke the power button when the carbon team updated their sources.

2. MBQ removed the browser, just download chrome or something from the market.

3. Screenshot works fine for me. An option to toggle it in the power menu is in the carbon settings.

4. I'm still on the original one posted. Very stable and reliable for me. I recommend the first version. :thumbup:
