You think it's better to set 2 framebuffers or 3 framebuffers (NUM_FRAMEBUFFER_SURFACE_BUFFERS option) ? The stock rom is set to 2.

If you want I build the twrp recovery at each time I build the rom, it's integrated.

Maybe it's ok for the hwcomposer, on my latest test the bug is fixed or I have many luck
I will launch a full build to share it and to make a final test.
I just added 2 options in the boardconfig TARGET_REQUIRES_SYNCHRONOUS_SETSURFACE and BOARD_EGL_NEEDS_HANDLE_VALUE.
Ah too liboemcrypto I changed the makefile to build a shared library because the widevine lib need it.

And I have a question

When Screen recorder records screen all looks great on video, but in reality when message "Developer Settings Enabled" appear I can only see this message because screen gone black Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwUMTCj9a3IJRHYtN1hURjZKem8/view

I se HW overlays but only on few places eg. Settings when enabling Dev Option in other apps all works especially

The problem with overlays are one app takes action on eg. send message to screen via another apps and that app only overlay message full screen is overlayed to see one message...

Try disabling double tap status bar to sleep?

Strange... I don't have any issues like this...

Have you had a non genuine screen replacement? Could it be hardware? (Sounds mad but I've been through some shyte with replacement screens in the past.)

Screen flicker seems to be the last bug, it's already being worked on though. Toggling HW overlay helps some people, changing the dpi to 300 helped me personally.

It would be nice, if we would have a kind of TWRP version for first installing when you come from stock rom (then updating is easily done).
