I don't think the j3 is getting anything new. I suggest switching device. I switched to Motorola one witch has pie out-of-the-boxNo updates...

This afternoon my phone ran out of battery and when I tried to charge it I got this message:
Custom binary blocked by FRP lock
On the top left of the samsung boot screen.
I can't even boot in TWRP is there any way to fix this without loosing all my data? The main problem is that I have no idea what triggered this, I didn't change anything, I don't even know if I can keep using a custom ROM if this blocks again my phone out of nowhere
I didn't lock the bootloader, change any settings or even install anything
Can someone help me?

The only way of fixing it is by flashing the stock rom again through oden, And also I think you turned on frp lock or you enabled and then disabled developer option at the same time. thank you for the help but how did I turn frp on exactly? And how can I prevent this from happening again?
The frp lock is at the developers option and in this rom it is hidden so that it is not toggled buy accident but if you enable and also disable the developers option and then reboot your phone the frp lock will be enabled because you have disabled the developers option which enables the frp lock. So if you flash the stock firmware go to the developer option to disable it before flash any costom recovery or any rom. If not it will happen again

That's what I ended up doing, thank you for taking the time to help me, i'm going to reinstall twrp and lineage and see
Is it possible to replace the bluetooth of the system with another app to correct the failure of the disconnections?
Diseable wifi when use Bluetooth in this way don't disconnect
try off wifi and bluetooth scanning.. then see if still disconnecting...
on setting search scanning
