No. There is only one build availible - the latest which have problems and errors but not fatal bugs. it's good for using it daily so ROM is marked as beta. Previous was alpha and pre-alpha.

reboot in twrp and wipe only system and cache, then install updated rom and gapps

Not work:
FM radio, VoLTE, phone encrypt

Issues on:
Screen flickers sometimes
Security
WhatsApp
System browser (not Chrome etc.)
WiFi (rare but possible, very unlucky if exist)

I think I have found an ims framework on the markus j2 rom which works on the cm 14.1 with a lot of modifications in the 4 java libs and the 3 apks, a new little java library and a new shim library to fix a proprietay lib

The ims service works but I need to understand all and it's very complicated ^^

I don't know what options I need to enable in csc settings and in the cm14, I don't know if my modem firmware is compatible, I don't know if my carrier is compatible, I don't know how the cm14 use the ims framework, I need to verify if I have all components to get hd call, ... so it's very hard :x

Hey could you just share only patch for hd calls or volte because flash whole rom, we have to wipe all the data.
