I'm new to LineageOS developing, how can I browse sources?
For instance, I would like to check the Samsung vendor repositories because of the power changes.

Tell me, please, the s10 device, now there is an official LOS 18.1, recovery is also a LOS, I want to update to an unofficial LOS 19, is it necessary to do a full reset for this (wipe cache, dalvik cache and system)? Or can I just install it from above as an update?

If you want to update from 18 to 19 you definitely have to make a full Reset, afaik.
Also don't forget to install the new firmware for Android 12 (link is in the description first site)
Is this will compatible with snapdragon?

- VoLTE and VoWiFi will not be implemented (for now) as they heavily depand on samsungs framework
- A lot of features are not yet implemented in LineageOS itself, while those are not device specific bugs do not expect extras to be there yet
To properly report a bug (Please dont report things already on the Not Working list)
a) Logcat
b) /proc/last_kmsg (or /proc/kmsg)
c) /data/tombstones
d) dmesg
Please do not report bugs if you have performed any system modifications excluding gapps installation

Download official twrp from twrp.me
flash twrp as per given instructions
if you are coming from stock and have encryption enabled format data (Note i said format, Wiping it in twrp is not the same as formating it)
wipe cache, dalvik cache and system
flash LineageOS
If you want to have gapps flash them right after flashing the rom before first booting
Reboot the device
Downloads:

Where does it say to install android 12 firmware? I can't find anything in the disclaimer.
There are two tings which are really peeing me off.
Firstly, the huge amount of confusion re: how to root, and retain root,on this Rom using Magisk. It's so ridiculous and unnecessary. The dev's instructions are not exactly detailed, and assume's a great deal about the people who want to use it. Much of the advice on how to root this Rom is either contradictory; misses out key steps; or both. I've been on Android since 2008; rooted untold devices; and even I am totally confused about how to get this rom up and running properly.
Lastly, I'm sick to death of the thread being, in my opinion, clogged up with posts about camera's! Page after page about gcam, zcam, uncle tom cobbly's cam!!! If the most important thing about your device is the camera, start a forum\thread dealing with camera\rom combinations.
Rant over.

The case is that gaining root is out of scope for the dev.
Same goes for Gapps. You can be sure Ivan is testing his builds to come up with a suggestion, but due to different development phases of each required tool (ROM/Magisk/Gapps) it is hard to keep instructions up-to-date. Even more when you have several devices for which you provide not just the latest LOS build, but also those going back to LOS 16.
Especially in these times when Magisk is making major steps into a new approach of obtaining root the dev isn't able to provide support. There are various methods depending on what you need root for.
In the end all the required information is out there and doesn't vary much between different devices. I understand that it would be more convient to have all these infos on first page and at one place. But take a look at it from another perspective. After you've finally managed to flash LOS 19 including root you'll probably know more about the whole process. And even if some questions might remain, you are always welcome to come back and ask for further help.
To give you a good start I've looked up these instructions for you.
!! Please be aware that for BitGapps it is recommended to reboot to recovery after flashing of ROM before proceeding with the installation of BitGapps !!
!! Following these steps will result in the loss of your device's varanty or even worse, brick your device !! You are doing all of this on your own risk !!

Usually Ivan has an update schedule of around one month. Regarding the current build is from december last year I'm expecting a new build is coming really soon. But I know what you mean.
I literally feel like standing in front of a superstore, with thousand of others, waiting just like me for the store to open to let me in so I can grab my own personal copy of the Ninja Turtles on VHS. 
But no pressure for the dev's, please. I prefer a well designed ROM much more than a hastily compiled one.
Your "Wowees" instead are most likely welcome I guess.

One weird thing I noticed in the current built- in the wallpapers and themes section of settings the beta themed icons setting was available for me and suddenly I can't find it- completely gone. I even enabled it before disappearing Anyone else got this issue?

Isn't this just the same design with dark theme?
While playing with the BitGapps addons I realized that installing the Google Pixel Launcher will give you some differences in style.

1. What are the (potential) downside(s) of installing LOS 19 using TWRP instead of the LOS recovery?
2. Once installed, how can it be rooted using Magisk?
3. Does the installation\rooting procedure require, at any point, flashing of either a vbmeta, multidisabler, or magisk boot image file?

I've followed the instructions to the letter, installed LOS19....
....and I can't move any of the icons on my home screens! Same as it was the last time I managed to install this rom a few weeks ago.
I have great respect for the dev, and the hard work he puts in to giving us roms and features we otherwise would not have. But I have to say that, in my opinion, this rom is not ready for prime-time.
I've restored A11 via TWRP, and will be sticking with that for the foreseeable.
Very disappointing, but it is what it is.

Never heard of this issue and I have no idea what could be the reason here. You're sure you have a device with an exynos processor?
Don't know what Ivan's plans are for this device, as he kept updating his other builds currently.
Did you try Linux4's build? I'm sure he also had a LOS 19 thread although I don't know about the differences. Looking it up now I didn't find it and was only able to locate Linux4's github page with his LOS downloads (+ instructions):
Don't know if you're still in the mood to give this one a try.

keep in mind this is early build and a lot of lineage features havent been ported over yet but this will be regularly updated to keep up with them

fp icon is also there for s10 and s10+ and new los features have been merged, s10e build will be out soon, enjoy5Another build with some minor imrpovements and that has beem synced with curent lineageos source + everything from gerrit
Here is a brief changelog
- Cleaned up vndk dependencies to remove unneeded ones
- Fixed cases where Material You theme wouldnt be applied to some visual effects
- Merged every change to date on gerrit
- Misc performance and stability improvements
- Synced with LOS source
