You can record a logcat of this problem.
Without a log I can't say why it will not work for you.
Can you acsess your sdcards with the filemanager?
No it is only for the n7000
First you should try to update to b4.3.
If it will also not work with it you can record a logcat while you try to enable wifi and also post the dmesg out put after it
Did you do a clean install (with format /system) before you installed the cm13 rom?
Can you see your imei in settings-about phone-status-imei information?
can you create files or folders on sdcard0 with the filemanager?
If not you should try to format the sdcard0 as vfat.
you can use the app catlog from the playstore then start recording a logcat and try to record a video with the camera.
Then stop the log recording and attach your logfile here
I've compiled Resurrection Remix ROM and can't get the SIM card visible (the card is visible with an older version of RR).
I don't understand why I lose the SIM card recognition with my compilation and only with this one!
If you can help me!
Cheers.

Today my phone froze again after manually updating FB app.
During the installation I took a log file.
After/during installation the phone did freeze, I took a log file after reboot with syslog. @bauner is this helping you to find a cure for this problem. Or am I the only one.
You can only use f2fs for /data and /cache.
The /system partition is ext4 after installing the rom and you can't change it without loosing the rom.
The rom will trim the free space itself from time to time you don't need anything to do yourself

I can't see a reason for your problem in the logs.
I have also stress tested my device (cpu, gpu, ram and filesystem) today and I could not see a problem.
But I have done it with an cm13 android 6.0.1 r24 testrom from today.

6. you need to reboot! your device now to recovery
7. you are now in the updated recovery and you need to do a factory reset (and to go sure you should also format the /system partition)

Howto Repartition your device and install this Rom:

1. Copy Rom to your sdcard.
2. Boot into recovery
3. Flash the Rom (you dont need to reflash the gapps if you update from an earlier nightowl version)
4. Wipe dalvik-cache and format the /cache partition (This will not delete your apps or data)

I like this rom, very good work, battery life last longer...

I will keep you in touch if i have something new about this .
