I have after repartition my device with the

lanchon-repit-20160406-system=2+keep+ext4-data=6+keep+ext4-sdcard=max+keep+vfat-preload=min+wipe-n7000.zip

file many soft reboots. How we can I fix it?

Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Repartitioning will not cause any stability problems.
You can try to boot into twrp then go to wipe-advanced wipe-select 1 partition-repair or change file system-repair file system
Do this for all partitions to ensure that you don't have an filesystem error which will cause your problem

If you go to contacts and try to call from there it says there's no app found to handle this action.pls assist guys.
Have you tried other dialer apps and then uninstalled it?
You can try to go to settings-apps-press the settings icon
Go to default apps and make sure that a phone app is set.
Then go to app permissions and check that contacts and phone have the correct permissions

You only need to flash the twrp zip file in the current recovery.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=18063

Then after a reboot to the recovery you will have twrp.

To go sure make a backup of your current rom in twrp and then backup the files from sdcard0 to your pc before you start with repartitioning.

Hi everyone.

Please help me.
I want to reinstall this rom so I went to recovery using tb.
Then I wipe system + data + dalvik + cache + android secure. Then, before I flash the rom and gapps, I reboot first to make sure everything is clean (that's what I thought).
After reboot, It's just stuck in the "Samsung GALAXY Note... " screen.
The tell the truth I forgot how to get in to the recovery mode, but I have tried pressing several combination, and I don't know if I press it precisely, but I still failed to get into recover mode. Here are the combinations:
1. Power and Vol+ 2. Power and Vol- (this one get me into odin downloading mode, sorry I forgot the terms) 3. Home and Vol+
All of them failed.

Can anyone help me how to get into recovery mode?
Did I lost twrp so I should reflash twrp? if yes, how to do it and what file should I prepare? Could you provide me the link? (may be I had downloaded before?

Thanks before.

Edit: I manage to get into recovery. Seems the problems is after I reboot after wipe, I can't really power off my device. So I tried to pull off the battery and try the "Power and Home and Vol+" combination, and I finally got into recovery mode.

Yes, "Power and Home and Vol+" combination is for booting into recovery. So now just flash ROM and gapps. And for next time after full wipe you need flash ROM, only after that you can reboot into ROM.

Yes. That is the combination, though one must remember to power off their device first.

Anyway, I finished flash the latest update ROM, and I notice there's no quick setting if I pull the status bar.
After I reboot, the quick setting appear. It will disappear again as soon as I connect my phone to my laptop via usb but it won't go back to normal if I unplug the cable.
The only solution is to reboot again.

Does anyone get the same bugs? And what should I do?
Can I downgrade to earlier version meanwhile it is fixed?

Thanks

After you formatted the /system partition you have deleted the old rom and you can only boot into recovery and download mode.

Did you use a recent opengapps package?
I know about such problems with older opengapps versions from around april or may.

Yes, @bauner, I think it is from april or may. I did not download it again because I don't know it has any problem.
So should I redownload it again from the link on the first page and then reflash it together with rom again?
Does the problem only occur between opengapps from april-may and the latest update rom because there no such problem when I use the rom from april-may too?

Thanks.

I don't know the correct date of the problematic opengapps versions but I know about such problems with older opengapps versions.

The problems did only occur on clean installing a newer rom with older opengapps versions. A update from an older rom worked without problems.

To fix your problem you should download a recent opengapps version.
Then boot into recovery
factory reset
format /system
install rom + gapps

Hi bauner,

I'm using your rom and i found it really useful. Thank you for the work that you have done until now.
I would like to know: Which drivers that you are using in this ROM, are closed ?

Thanks in advance

You find all the needed parts in my github account.
in proprietary_vendor_samsung you will see the needed not opensource parts which are extracted from stock roms
