For me it shows the newest pictures first. Did you copy your pictures from your pc to your sdcard?
If yes maybe there is a problem with the timestamp.

I have also no problems with the privacy guard and es file manager.
But I don't know about alpha7 because I have currently a newer android 7.1.1 test rom installed

Can you estimate when you may get sdcard0 to work with cm file manager and apps like titanium backup with default configuration?

In my Alpha 7 I can not reproduce the reported errors in Gallery (neither version 1.1 in the ROM, nor version 2.0 from apkmirror), or privacy guard/es file manager. All working fine.

now i am using "qick pic gallery" and it's fine for me
not a big problem

Titanium backup should already work correctly. Just use the "Use DocumentProvider" Feature to point it to the correct backup location. Everything works over here when I'm doing it that way ^^

The cm filemanager will work in the next version.
I currently did not test titanium backup myself

My testrom is working good.
I will update the cm sources again this weekend and then comes beta1

Certainly that rom uses its kernel, but the phone gets very hot using it .... could recommend a kernel

* Mms with mobile data off should work again

Thanx for all your hard work, great!
Dirty flashed Beta1 over Alpha7.
I've found the following issues (they're not new) and there are workarounds addressing them.
- CM filemanager still has some problems with working on the root file system, for example I can't edit or copy (to) the gps.conf file in /etc. It does work with ES filemanager.
- Open camera is not able to write to sdcard1 directly (via filesystem), but does work via Storage Access Framework.
- Titanium Backup doesn't work with sdcard1 with filesystem but does work with DocumentProvider storage.
As said the workarounds do work, but in M and L I didn't need to use these.
Anyhow I am still a very happy bunny with N on my N7000.

@bauner Thanks for the great ROM. dirty flashed from alpha 7, but Hotspot is not working starts and after a while shows error
