How do you fix this error? Is any public solution?

I was builded CM14.1 on MT6737M device with stock kernel, and see that error in logcat too:

12-12 03:21:11.029   834   921 E WVMExtractor: Failed to open libwvm.so: dlopen failed: cannot locate symbol "_ZN7android16MediaBufferGroupC1Ev" referenced by "/system/vendor/lib/libwvm.so"...

_ZN7android16MediaBufferGroupC1Ev is an android::MediaBufferGroup::MediaBufferGroup() function. So, i think it depends on libstagefright.so. In stock firmware it has this function in exports, in my CM build haven't.

Hi Bauner, once again thank you so very much for keeping our N7000 so unbelievably ALIVE!
Just dirty flashed your Beta1 ROM at 6:10am today and I shared hotspot error as reported by @boril and cm file manager minor errors as reported by @Prinus (other feedbacks I have yet to discover). I have been very impressed and happy with my N7000 on Alpha7 (I have not experienced any single re-boot while using it) and with Beta1 I know it will only get better. Thank you so very much. :good::good:

I have clean installed Beta 1 and it is working well, though like others have mentioned there are bugs with the CM File Manager. Thank you for an excellent rom.

APP SHORTCUTS :
I believe a new feature of Android 7.1 is app shortcuts.
Similar to Apple's 3D Touch feature, when one long-presses on certain app icons you get a list of contextual shortcuts.
It doesn't seem like this feature is working on the Beta 1 rom - is it something you will add later as part of the development of your rom ?

It is currently not working with trebuchet.
With the google now launcher app shortcuts should work

Nova Launcher Beta 5 supports app shortcuts as well...
But hey, you're running a Beta ROM so why not an extra Beta Launcher

I never had this problem myself.
Will it work if you use another file manager?

you also can try to go to settings-apps-(press on the 3 dots menu and show system processes)-Package Installer-permissions and enable storage permissions.
Do also the same for package access helper

Please tell me if this will work

@bauner Thanks for the great ROM. dirty flashed from alpha 7, but Hotspot is not working starts and after a while shows error

wifi hotspot will work again in the next version

Thx now I see the problem. I have only tested it with an apk from sdcard0.
As workaround you could use es file manager or copy the apk first to sdcard0 to install it with the cm filemanager

Can confirm that this method works. And SpenCommand as well.
There is still an issue with filesystem and CM-file manager, but enough workarounds to use this ROM as my daily driver. Cheers.
