If you press on the lockscreen "emergency call" and then on the emergency call screen "emergency information" (or something like this - I use German language), you can enter a lot of information...

Hope this helps.

Thanks @Gaukler_Faun!
I'll check it out. It's at least better than nothing, even if it requires the honest finder of a phone to know where to look....

You can also try a different modem.
The xxlt3 is known to work fine
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1645202

Before you flash a stock rom you should always do a factory reset.
After the factory reset directly boot into download mode and flash the stock rom with odin.

Did you also test it with another sim card?
It is also possible that a contact of your sim card reader is damaged
I know that it is not my contact sim fault cause i did the same mistake with an old S3 phone and this N7000 stopped as soon as i jumper from CyanogenMOD 13.1 to LineageOS 14 (the same happened with S3 when i flashed a new rom).
Seems like it is locked somehow. I tryed at leats 6 different methods of unlock sim and apps say my phone is unlocked. None of the modems work. I am on stock JB right now. I am wondering if it is safe to go back to GB to see if things work.

There are "two" Repit methods, both are described in the OP.
So it is Repit the old way and lose all your data, but you did make a backup. Or it is flash TWRP and use @Lanchon's scripts to Repit. More ways to this ROM(e), pun intended...
Read the OP,make your backups and step into a new world on the N7000...

"I have tested the first one myself with the isorec twrp (it seems to not work with the philz recovery"
That's what bauner said in that link he gave us (lanchon repartition link)
So can you tell me how to switch from cwm to twrp?:D
【should i just download the TWRP file and flash it through mobile Odin?】

It should be no problem to go back to a gb rom
do a factory reset in the recovery and then boot directly to the download mode and flash the rom with odin

If you have installed the rom you can flash the twrp isorec zip file in the default philz recovery.
Then you will have twrp after a reboot to recovery

So i gave up trying to fix the phone. I rolled back to GB and the sim card is not recognized. I will make it my "kindler"... lol. My last question is: can i update from GB to your rom directly or do i have to update to ICS or JB first?

You have 2 options to install the rom if you are come from gb.
1. follow the complete steps from The steps to install it from an stock samsung rom are:

2. follow the steps The steps to install it from an stock samsung rom are: and start with step 3
But in this case you should flash a jellybean modem like the xxlt3 in the recovery after you have installed my rom.

You can also send me all 3 logcats (main/system/radio) from directly after the phone is up after booting.
Maybe I can find anything related in it

First of all, thank you for your patience! I hope this is the log you want to check. Also when i reinstalled CM14 i saw an error and i made a picture for you to see as well ( i have no idea why the picture came out this way! It is in the right direction in my pc!) The weird thing is that i flashed a 4.1.2 rom and it is showing as ICS in the image.

The error message in the recovery log while installing the rom is normal and will not cause a problem.

I can't find anything helpfull in your log.
Have you done the logging on your pc with adb logcat?
If yes you could record all logs
Code:
adb logcat -b radio
adb logcat -b system
adb logcat -b main
