I'm just copying what I wrote in Mysterious thread, sorry for cross-posting

Hey dev, I have a problem with the new Official 2.6: I cannot wake up phone's screen with the home button in the lock screen..only with the power button :\
If I push the home button, nothing happens
Already tried cleaning cache and dalvik and fixed permissions, but nothing happened...
Any idea on how to fix this issue?

It's mcm siyah v4 kernel patched for 4.2 roms. I have been using it on this rom since 2.2 and it transforms it to amazing

1.reboot to recovery
2.flash this (kernel wipe) http://db.tt/jFe7LXAr
3.flash siyah v4 (most stable for me) from aroma and reboot and enjoy awesome performance and battery

Doesn't happen with me no problem with calls here.
Go to manage apps and clear data on phone app. Also reboot wipe cache wipe dalvic cache and fix permission see if this helps.

Did you do a clean install with full wipe?

When does it reboot? During call, when you hang up or when you press call button?

I use siyah mcm v4 kernel and don't have this issue with phone call. Anyone else on this kernel? I posted links to it few posts above
