+ you have a couple of aosp ROM's now, developing Android 6.0 I'm running Resurrection CM13 on my machine now. Floating windows and a working Spen with screen write and quick notes through the Spen Command app.

Update Rev3.0

The philosophy behind this rom update.
As you will notice this rom update will be way different from the others. It is still a custom rom but it has got better protection as there is no root / busybox / and custom kernel. (all these extra's are available in the aroma.
At first I didn't want to share this as I really don't have anymore time to help or give any support. But then again this community has given me so much so why not share this one.The rom update is now a system image with all my tweaks build in. I did this so all the permissions are correct and there is no longer need for the long update scripts.
After you installed the rom please download and install the region from the P900 Addon package that you wan't. The default region is PRO when the rom is installed. In the addon package you will find root and Viper audio that will work with the stock kernel.

The extra settings is also moved to device/notification window/

The main reason for a non rooted rom is the apps that will detect root and won't work (even disabling root temporary isn't enough) My banking apps and tv apps won't work and I need this on my big tablet.
The Viper 4 Android was really the only thing why I needed root but for that I build in a nice replacement that don't need root.
Beats audio libs - Atmos Dolby and The Audio Effect equalizer (from XDA forum) with the libs. For me those do the trick as it got a lot of settings and will boost the bass and the sound.

There are some new changes in the rom like a new memory ram bar in the recent tab.
Volume buttons can control the music when the screen is off, see extra settings.
Also when you do some changes in the extra settings please reboot your device.
I ported the toolbox from firmware F2 (the first Lollipop Samsung released for the Note12.2, why samsung droped this I don't know)
Xposed is not supported without root remember that, it is still a deodexed rom so the samsung xposed framework you find here on xda should work if you install root.

I debloated the rom, meaning, the apps you will find on the playstore are gone and some Samsung apps like PENUP, WebMeeting, Remote PC and some other files
I added the Note10.1 Photshop app and libs.

Update your bootloader (with Odin) Install rom and then pick what you wna't from the Addon package.

If package REV3.0 is not available yet it means it is uploading.

Cool to have an update. Thanks Civato!

Interesting audio mods, just shows how diverse preferences can be. For me I've never liked the Beats mod, just not enough control of what it's doing on the bass end but that's just me. It surely pushes up the bass but since I'm more a fan of subs I want control of where that punch is rolling in (with viper in advanced UI mode one can control where the boost is). On TekHD's rom for the Note 4 it's nice to have all 3 mods installed (of course I disable Beats since I don't like it). Dolby Atmos its pretty darned good dynamically IMO so yeah, couple it with another EQ like Beats or Viper is a good combo to get that little bit extra boost wherever you need it.

I'm thinking I'll give this a shot and just add Viper in . . :good:

Hello, I installed rev 3.0 and works fabulous, a big thank CIVATO. I installed without wipes, with 2.7 ROM and existing nuclei, but disappeared stock music application, someone else has happened? sorry for my bad English ?
