Extract boot.img
Find a cm11 boot.img (or other custom boot.img)
Flash boot.img "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Wipe cache, user data and factory reset
Install CM12

Instructions:
Either download the .img files and flash with:
fastboot flash <partition> <partition.img>

or download the zip and flash with recovery and do wipes as needed

Thanks for this - so far this bugs appeared here:

- WLAN MAC adress changed
- No microphone during phone calls
- Screen flickers a bit with automatic brightness
- Same lag during scrolling on my C6833 as on CM 11
- Camera FC on launch
- Internal Memory truncated to 2 GB

GPS works fine here.

Keep going :D

Same here. Didn't recognize this so far :)

PS: After flashing this, you can't even restore your nandroid of the previous ROM: "error flashing /data". I try flashing the stock ROM with flashtool right now, maybe restore is working then.

Update: Yepp, Restore worked now. Flashed CM 11 boot.img and restored the system with it. Now i'm restoring TA to relock my Bootloader.
