I confirm everything is working fine and seems more stable than CM12.1 nightlies atm. Need few days tell more about this.

I'm flashing through stock Sony kernel, and tried both twrp and philz touch. By the way, is there a guide to teach me how to flash kernel? I've just unlocked my bootloader now, and I don't know much...

Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/orig-development/kernel-m5-kernel-t3045319 or extract the boot.img from the rom zip and flash it through fastboot then recovery and flash this rom again.
