Could I use this kernel on latest CM12 nightly? Really need the UV/OC feature to it.

Yes, you can. Just remember, there is only the voltage table in this kernel, no overclocking.

This on. This ROM and I have a very powerful charger but my phone seems to limiting it is there anyway to fix this ? I have tried other ROMs such as Resurrection Remix and AICP but RR apparently has slow charging fix but my phone last night on charge 8hrs straight from fully off/dead and woke up to 1% battery.

This was fixed. Just follow directions there, don't flash the file, but manually transfer it where it says to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z1/general/flickering-brightness-charging-t3128804
