I don't want to use Superuser so I installed SuperSU. Now both of them are displayed in Settings. Is there any way to get rid of Superuser? Sorry if this question has been asked before, I did a search but found nothing informative. Thanks

Deleted it from system app ' superuser.

You can disable it from Interface Menu and then install the Battery Percent for KitKat / L App from Google Play, reboot and voila...

You have to flash in Recovery SuperSU zip file for get rid of the other Superuser embedded into ROM.

I have already done it,but when I press enable in BP for kitkat/L , the new precentage pop up instead of the old one,thanks for your suggestion anyway

here's the settings that I was using
CPU:
- max freq: all 1512MHz, except the first core: 1728MHz
- min freq: all 162 MHz
- CPU Boost Duration: 60ms
- Input Boost Duration: 1000ms
- Smartmax governor for all cores
Hotplug:
- using MSM_Hotplug, disabled Debug Mask
CPU Volt:
- CPU Global Voltage: -100mV
Wake:
- DoubleTap2Wake: Center (default)
Misc:
- diabled all LED Controls
ADV:
- C0, C1, C3 active
Scheduler: FIOPS

any file manager that have root access can delete any file in your phone (system apk's, user apps & etc)

you can use RootExplorer or MiXplorer or any file manager you like as long it has root access..

No , most root file managers like root explorer can also do it . Also apps like system app remover linked.

I think email.apk cannot be deleted as Gmail needed that so you can add email accounts using IMAP or POP3...

Im really not sure if Im correct..

as for me, I deleted Newstand, PlayMusic & Playgames... others, sound search and wallet...

did you resolve it already? if not, try the latest gapps 2.0 (as of your posting, I used Gapps 1.4.4 on the date the question asked)

Just Use recovery Twrp file Manager, u can delete it, dont forget mount system first in Twrp
