Is philz kernel comatible with this rom?
Asking just bcoz I tried installing other omnirom xperia edition(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2453555) and didn't know how to install raw kernel and screwed up my mob,putting it into bootloop..
someone pls help

That one is android 4.4.2 version. Raw kernel is needed since it need selinux compatible. Raw kernel can be found on GeckoDev thread.
And this rom is android 4.1.2 version, so it is compatible with philz kernel.

@AmniX thanks for this great rom. This is the best rom I have ever used. But I found a bug in Xperia Launcher. Sometimes I can't open apps. When I tap an app, nothing happens. If I tap 5-6 times, app opens. Why is this happening?

Yop.. I had same problems after clean install ... After tapping 5 - 6 times an app was opening.
But Got the things working after following :-
Reboot to Recovery >> Wipe Data / Factory Reset >> Wipe Cache >> Wipe Dalwik Cache >> Reboot System..
By the way Amnix thanks for this lovely Rom...
Edit :- Problem still persist after 1 or 2 days .. again launcher became laggy .. nothing happens after tapping app icon..Switched to Halo Launcher for the moment... Can some one give solution abt this? Can switching to other kernel solve this??

Also, how can I install this and the others addons? Where I should place them?

It will change once you flash it. So, don't worry. It safe to change that.

1.Copy the zip File to sdcard(Internal Or external),
2.Restart in CWM recovery,
3.Wipe data/factory reset,
4.wipe cache,
5.wipe davlik cache,
6.format system, format preload (In mount and storage)
7.Install Zip,
8.Let it install..
are all the steps necessary?

NO. Just flash it via CWM. no need to wipe anything. If you do that, you lost the ROM.
