I don´t have make the rom that i was using myself but i can help you a bit :p

Just simple download and flash a deodexed rom ( i was using a kit-kat rom ¨Omni Rom Deodexed version¨ and then i have ported everything like : bootanimation , sony apps , widgets , launchers , sounds , wallpapers and lockscreens to a zip file and i have flashed that stuff and then you can make from every deodexed rom a sony rom! :D
So just choose a rom that has many features + deodexed and you can make a sony rom for yourself :D

Happy flashing!

Hit thanks if i helped you guys! ( @tuanandy )

No u don't need to upgrade. Just remember to use safe kernel when in ics to perform the wipes before flashing. Please search and read carefully what kernels are safe for ics.

No u don't have to unroot it. do u have CWM already or r u still in stock recovery? I rooted n installed my ICS using cwm, root, n franco kernel so I didn't really read philz way (Like whether it can be flashed directly on stock recovery). Please do REMEMBER DO NOT DO ANY WIPES on the stock ICS kernel. I'd like to help but my connection is killing me. Anyway please do a little bit more research.

Try flashing @forest1971 's Helloworld Jb Kernel instead. If your device is already rooted, it doesn't really matter which base you r using. Try PhilZ-cwm6-XXLTA-ATL-5.15.0-signed

That is why I asked you if your device is already rooted or not. I have just flashed XXLTA kernel on my XXLTC, XXLSZ, XXLSO base n nothing happens.

Well letme tell you, there is nothing like bricking when you flashing philz, from xxlsz to xxltc I have flashed many bases, even on xxltc i have used xxlsz kernel and vic versa therefore on stock ics I flashed this using odin, i dont remember if I flashed via reocvery or not, but you won't brick it that easy
