You must have twrp recovery install from there you can perform it

Take your phone to a phone shop and ask if they have a microbox unlocking kit with the HTC cable extension I use it on a daily basis and getting s-off takes minutes, even unlocks boot loader without requesting key from HTC

There are a lot of apps incompatible after flashing this on google play. Any way to fix that? I used at&t stock and it always have all the apps compatible.

I'm not sure why that is, but I have noticed it myself. And this is a stock dump, I'm sure it may just be a build.prop issue.

EDIT : FIXED
Use a root explorer and open build.prop And look for this line

ro.product.model=HTC One Mini

And change it to this

 ro.product.model=HTCPO58220

Then clear play store data.

I try to download for some hours now but the download is quite slow.
I also think there is not much new in there..(only 78MB)

Still a newer base is always better. So if your able to get it be sure to post it... And if you get a system dump post it. Then I'll help you make it flashable

Ok I will try my best ....if you want to look into it for your self...here:
(I´m not sure but I think this fellow has only a typo in the filename I believe he means 4.14.401.1)
