you will probably have issues with wifi, and possibly bluetooth. over on the skydragon lollipop thread manup456 posted a modified lollipop firmware with the sense dev hboot which allows you to flash between 4.4.4 sense and 5.0.x lollipop without any issues, thats what im running and it works amazingly. and if you flash it, it wont delete any data like pics and apps and what not. if you want to try this rom i would suggest flashing that modded firmware.
