Here's an early preview of Marshmallow for most of us. This will work on ANY S2. So may I present to you for your flashing pleasure....

Neked Nook

See post #2 for init.d Kernels, extras and more info

Features:
Not Full ROMs - Neked_Nook_Maker- DO NOT DO ANY WIPES!!!! Just flash it.
Will flash on ANY S2.
Kernel is NOT in this Just flash it and go.
busybox
init.d scripts
Must flash an init.d kernel if you want the scripts in it to work - But will work with stock kernels - See post #2 for init.d kernels
V1 - removes all Downloadable apps. All Google Apps
V2 - removes everything from the full ROM Google, Samsung, MS, Hancom. It'll look like the pic below

MM users: I would highly recommend using SYSTEMMODE 2.74 for root. It works everytime

Install instructions for the "Maker"
Must have root and TWRP installed
Just Flash over any existing ROM (L or M, New and Old S2's - Don't do ANY wipes
Read This post and This post , And another novel if you have any issues.

Possible bugs
5g wifi above 40 doesn't work. But you still have 5g wifi
xposed- just not a fan. It affects performance
Restores from anything - not a fan of Tb either. It creates issues also.

Older
Full Rom 710 ONLY
Based on T710XXU2CPD9_BTU
Root
Busybox
Almost all Samsung apps removed
Bloat removed
/data/app -Estrong explorer
Removed almost all downloadable apps from /system - give the Tab some wiggle room.
init.d support in kernel
init.d scripts
Probably other stuff I can't remember

You MUST ODIN M first if you want to use this ROM!!!
This must be a clean install to work. No restoring either from Tb or TWRP or...[/SIZE][/B] - ONLY FOR THE FULL ROM
Bootloader MUST be "2". as in 2BPB1, 2CPD9. Not a "1" If you're not sure, look in "About", software and Build id or #
In TWRP, wipe /system, /cache, /data, /dalvic
Flash ROM
Profit!!

***Do not flash ANY SuperSU OR ROOTING APP!!!!! - YOU WILL BREAK ROOT!!!!! - or at least have a broken root.
Also DO NOT FLASH ANY GAPPS!!!! They are already built in.***

Notes:
On first boot you can sign in to Samsung if you want. It'll give you an option to restore.
SU will need to be updated. Just do it through the Playstore.
M is still in it's early stages, so be VERY CAREFUL! AND READ!!

Additional files and info

See/Read THIS post.

Take the app/apps you want to add from the zip and place it in the correct "Add_apps_flashable" folder Then flash in TWRP. These will all work correctly as long as the app has all the extra apps needed. It'll be your job to figure out what's needed. :p
Add_apps_flashable
V1_Removed_apps

710_init.d_Kernel - Already included in the ROM.
810_initd_kernel

I need boot.img for any other S2's that want init.d support. Pulled from the .tar or from TWRP. As long as it's boot.???, it'll work. So don't worry about the extension.

I need some feedback on this also. Especially if you HAVE NOT Odin'd M yet. M Is so new that I"m still trying to figure it out.
Make sure you read the OP and post #2. As I will not help you if you didn't follow directions posted. At least until I get a stable base. :D

This should not be a request or anything.
I just wanted to ask of there are any possibilities for a t715 version as it is already available and the "for now" in op left me thinking.
Thank you

Possibly? I'm gonna try and get all the roms together if I can. But the different markets may make that too difficult and time consuming.
The nice thing is we ALL seem to be getting 6.0.1. Finally all of us on the same Android.

I need to find out some things first, as my attempt at the 815 hasn't been working. That might be in my end. Give me some time. :)
I was on Neek PB1, I did a full wipe except internal and external storage. After flash this first releace, I got a bootloop. I'm going to try again.

That doesn't sound good. :(
Did you have xposed installed, by chance?

Yes I have, but a did a FULL WIPE, it must not remain after that. I tried again with just a factory reset after flash my PB1 nandroid backup. NADA. Bootloop again. I checked MD5 checksum of the file and they match again what a android file host says. I'm going to do again, this time, formating DATA besides the full backup. I will keep you posted.

UPDATE: No luck. Even formating DATA. Bootloop.

Very nice.. Seemed like our tab did not get much attention in the last month.
So great to see some development in the forum again.
Take all the time you need.
Thank you

Apparently this ROM is based on the UK version, so am I correct in assuming that 5g wifi doesn't work?

@JekyllInside @Broncos15 since you are the only 2 I know of with issues installing this out of 21 DL's so far, here's what I need you to do/follow:
1. Make sure your TWRP is 3.0.0.2 - the most current.
2. Remove your ext sd card, and put the ROM on int sd so you can install it.
3. In TWRP, select "Wipe", "Advanced", and select /cache, /data, /system, and /dalvic
4. Install the ROM

If it bootloops, gets stuck, what ever, then boot back into TWRP

Flash this kernel 1st. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24533100289590241

if it still hangsup, boot back into TWRP

Flash this kernel 2nd. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24533100289590242

Let me know how it goes, and/or which kernel worked for you so I can add it to post #2 for others to use.

I haven't had time to check that. But even if it doesn't, you can't have it all right off the bat. ;)

I did it that way yesterday, I will use the alternative kernels and I will keep you posted. Not today, but tomorrow.

I tried both kernels, no luck with latest twrp. I will try to install the stock image first with twrp because I have no windows PC to work with, I'll let you know how it goes

Tried flashing boot, cache and hidden .IMG from the stock Odin zip as well. Still no good. Do you think there is an issue going from the 2b to 2c bootloader with mm? I can't flash the sboot.bin without a Windows PC for Odin. I may need to steal one from work tomorrow
