I have got this problem too.
YOu have to:
Flash saosp, then openGapp, then saosp again.
Now it should work.

(so you just have to dirty flash saosp again on your rom and it will work again).
Or you could just use the recommended gapps that the developers recommended in the OP and you won't have any problems. :)

Changelog:
- Fixed bootloop issue due to custom fonts
- Added Easy toggle for location tile.
- Added notification ticker with darkIntensity fixes
- Added OmniJaws.
- Long press action for heads up tile.
- Enabled lock screen shortcuts on secured keyguard.
- Reworked battery and notification light settings. Fixed the colorpicker.
- Added summary to backup and reset
- disabled settings drawer permanently.
- Reworked custom settings. Created another fragment "miscellaneous"

thanks for new build. can i dirty flash this build or not? i am used to wiping nad always isntallign clean builds buta bit laazy this time an thas why iam asking.

one more request if its possible. could it be possible to have a clear all with in the overview of the navigation bar. i found this a very useful feature in the past with cyanogen mod an just wondering if such a feature could be built into the rom if possible.

I dirty flashed, no problems so far.

When I switch on the heads up notification, notification ticker is enabled and when I switch off the heads up in build tweaks there is neither ticker nor heads up. Is it normal or am I missing something?

Is it normal that I can no longer swipe from left to right to access the settings menu, within the settings menu? Is that the 'settings drawer' that you disabled in this build?
