ROM Manager Won't Boot Into Recovery Or Recognize That I have ClockWorkMod Flashed

After a lot of time of reading, downloading, etc, I have my Evo rooted, flashed ClockWorkMod Recovery 2.5.0.1 permanently, then flashed Senseless EVO 1.1. I have the premium ROM Manager installed but when I click "Flash Clock...Recovery" I get "unable to connect to server...". Ok, so I flashed it manually. Do the manual flash override and it says "Recovery Type:Unknown" underneath the button to flash recovery. Alright, so I try to boot into Recovery from ROM Manager. It asks for SU permission, I give it, then nothing happens. The only thing I can think of is that Senseless EVO 1.1 is a stock rooted ROM and I need to flash a custom ROM from one of the chefs. I'm good for now, got root and got rid of all the bloatware but I know I can't stop here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
