I think the big thing is the screen set up...the Max is 5x5, I believe. It makes it feel like you have more screen real estate. You're status bar icons are smaller too...It looks pretty solid on the One.

Loving this ROM. I had a problem with Wi-Fi at first where it would not connect even if I restarted the phone but it must have fixed itself because the Wi-Fi is working now. One question I had is when Sense 6 comes out, will you create a MAX version of it too? I'd love to see Sense 6 with the styling of this ROM because it allows for a lot more screen real estate.

Yea I probably will but it will probably take more time than this since I need to port over the rom first but it will happen eventually

you should be able to flash any custom kernel on this rom? let me know if there are any that aren't working ill try to look them over

Did you use stock boot IMG? If so you will need an insecure one in order to flash kernels
