So this is a LL base rom and wont work if your on MM now? Why is this not in the OP??

It should be. I agree. It's too bad it won't work on marshmallow, I love this Rom I updated to marshmallow firmware and now I can't run it. Sad. I love the Note 7 Roms, but they are all buggy as hell. Haven't found 1 where everything works yet, and the 1 I did find that's almost perfect....... the battery life is the worst I've ever had on my note 4. Lol. Hoping it gets fixed soon

Been a long time since I've used this and so this may already have been covered in the OP, but are you sure you've got a kernel flashed? I'm not s sure this comes with a kernel.

I didn't flash one separately but the op said it came with one in post #12

Hey, so im pretty new as to installing custom FW and such but i Have been following your walk through from this link
my product is a
Note 4 Sm-N910W8 (rogers)
I have installed TWRP
and installed 3.1v base
- from here, it shows tweaking apps 1/1 then does a reboot and same loop over and over
so I also installed
v3.7 update
- from here, it shows teaking apps 1/300 - once it reaches 300 it reboots and shows samsung splash and from there it stays (I left for 2 hours) with no change

im just wondering if I need to install a custom Kernel or anything, or if maybe I screwed up a step somehow

I don't understand what your doing, are you trying to flash a custom rom? Do you want root the phone or are you installing a custom recovery?

well im trying to install a custom rom, and also root the phone, i hated the stock FW that was on my phone, so laggy and had alot of issues

and no the baseband for my phone was different = n910w8vls1dpk1

but since there isn't many cfw for canadian phones I thought id try it out

You can follow great tutorials on YouTube just search for how to root note 4. I'd look for youtuber a guy called High On Android he's really good but most a helpful. That's how I did my first rom. Flash rooting.
that being said there are few other roms for great devs compatible with N910T
