I'm really envious towards you guys.. i wish s-off'ing is not that complicated so that i can atleast try this rom..

Anyway, this rom is great! But i still hope htc would release an official update so that s-on users would also experience sense 5. :thumbup:

Edit: if i may ask, @LlabTooFeR, would there be a future official update from HTC (not from htcdev)? I mean, via settings > about > software update?

There won't be OTA updates for sure.

After the base is released later, will other ROM chefs upgrade to 4.2.2 and Sense5 through OTA or is the One S pretty much an orphaned device by the XDA dev crowd? Currently using ViperROM, but I am not S-OFF so waiting to get ViperROM 4.22/Sense5 OTA'ed would be preferrable to me.

Also, when going to this ROM, will it be possible to downgrade back to older ROMs with nandroid backups or not?

If you let that fastboot.exe has stopped hang for a while, then press close program, it should continue flashing the firmware. I got that too.

I have the same problem and tried it 2 times. The phones boots normal and i can see my sd card on the pc, but with only 2gb ?!
In Recovery i can only choose the internal sd card with 48mb storage.

You have to flash new firmware and recovery to have everything working properly.

There is only 1Go of free memory after fresh install.

The Viper Team has left. They will not be upgrading to 4.2.2/ Sense 5
