flashed clean 53.0.1 but getting permission denied on any adb install command, can't write to /data/local/tmp.

I changed perms to 777, still same thing.

Odd thing is when I adb shell it shows i'm 'root' already, but still need to su to actually do root things.

Any idea how to fix?

Hello,

If it's any useful information: I just flashed the latest w/ aroma and TWRP 3.1.1.0. It succeeded but it was stuck on the boot screen for about 15 minutes before I rebooted it. My install of Maximus was only 2 days old at this point, so I don't think it to be accumulated dirt.

After rebooting, normal sequence resumed.

Guys I can't used mobile data while on the phone!!!
i.e. I cannot connect to the internet using mobile data while on the phone to Google and they are directing me to a website!!!
Anyone got a fix?

I can flash this with HBOT 1.6.1 and S-off?

I have unlocked my bootloader, I need to install a custom recovery, (which I do not know yet).

Can I install this Rom? Well I've seen that other people have custom Rom even with S-off.
