i found the where to put it, but i can put audio files in the folders, keep getting move error, ive tried using es explorer and astro.

Have you tried in /sdcard/media/audio/notifications?

If you don't have that folder in your SD card, create it in that nested order. You can also make 'ringtones' instead of 'notifications' for the ringtones. Then you can go to settings and sound.
