CM10.1 BASED HYBRID ROM
Features
+ Based on CM-10.1
+ PA's hybrid engine for a full user experience
+ Switch between three different UI modes
+ Change the system DPI
+ Add apps to different DPI groups
+ Change the navigation bar height
+ No reboot needed for UI changes

Downloads and installation
Be sure of being in a safe kernel/recovery
+ Download the ROM from here
+ Download the GApps from here
+ Copy the ROM to the SD
+ Copy the GApps to the SD
+ Install the ROM and the GApps and
+ If you are already in JellyBeer, do a cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe
+ If you come from any other ROM, do a wipe data
+ Reboot

Thanks, I'm in tablet mode, but the option to change the navbar height is greyed out. Is that meant to be?

Yes, the navbar height option is (currently) only for phablet and phone modes.

I might be a dumbo but how does one use dual pane I have it enabled on setting and have tied pressing the screen in multiple ways haha
When you have it enabled, the apps based on framework-res should show in dual mode. Like this:

I noticed it was mentioned livewallpaperpicker was removed. Does that mean this rom will not support any livewallpapers?
The toggles are the ones from cm10
No, no live wallpapers. I consider them just battery-eaters

BB-would you be able to package out the LWP picker and make it available? I ask because my Nexus 7 is going to largely be plugged in most of the time so battery drain isn't too big of an issue. I was planning to try your rom first but the lack of LWP gives me a slight pause. I have several that I love and would like to at least have access to. I think removing LWPs from a rom is perfectly fine but removing the picker from a device that can handle an LWP...well, honestly, it's the first time I've seen that.
You can download latest cm10 nightly and extract it from there. If you make a custom zip with your apps, you can use ZipInstaller to install rom+gapps+custom zip all in a row.
