Lock screen stays black..
..did reflashed rom no wipe and reboot.
..reboot to recovery again and flashed tarzan update.
...reboot homescreen transparent ok.
...am not lucky : (

Hey...iv just tried it sgain..i reflashed rom with full wipe..then wiped cache and dalvik...installed zip..perfect

Upload your android.policy.jar from system framework and SystemUI.apk from system/app

For lockscreen status bar transparent one have to modify androidpolicy.jar so if yoy have anyother mode installed like ink effect or from differerent rom.. you will lose that mod.

youre doing something wrong.
copy rom on INTERNAL SD
copy Tarzan.zip on INTERNAL SD
go to recovery
install zip from internal sd/install neatrom
reboot device
go to recovery and install tarzan.zip from internal sd (do not wipe anything)
report back

..using philz touch recovery.
..am not lucky to have both transparent screen
..need to restore again my backup.... : (
