Me! ROM is AOSP based Jelly Bean 4.2.2 ROM. It ‘s based on ACER Liquid ROM . Most of you will be wonderings what’s special about this ROM? … This ROM is for pure AOSP lovers who need vanilla experience… It aims at providing freedom to all its users , hence it does not come with any tweaks..Users can add tweaks on their own. The best ones are mentioned in the add-on section . ME! ROM comes with some preloaded apps . It is pure vanilla so as to give an overall elegant look to your favourite device.

Differences between Normal and Slim Version​

Slim is a super light version of Me! ROM for those who want to customise the ROM by themselves .
In Slim version the following have been not included

• No Google Eperience Launcher or Google Search
• No custom bootanimation
• No Xposed Framework etc..
• No dedicated ME!NU
• No GAPPS except GMS Core and Play Store
• No Viper FX
• No Nothing! Just Plain Simple ROM

Instruction + F.A.Q

INSTRUCTIONS



1. Have a NANDROID BACKUP
2. Copy The ME! ROM Normal / Slim zip file to SD CARD
3. Reboot To RECOVERY
4. Wipe System, Data - IMPORTANT!
5. Flash The ZIP
6. PATIENTLY WAIT for the ROM to BOOT , ( First Boots are longer)

1.What is XBattery Themer
A:A: It is a very nice and non clumsy bettry themer based on xposed framework

2.Where is Developer Options in Setting Menu?
A: It is hidden. To see the Developer Options, Go to About Phone (in Settings) , Keep tapping on Build Number.

3. Where is Walkman?
A: Walkman is a heavy music app. So I have not included it in the ROM. Go to ADD ON section and you can find it there

4.When can we expect the next version of ME! ROM?
A: I won’t be releasing any updates for ME! ROM. I am student and have studies to do. So until July 2015 don’t expect any ROM updates.

5.I don’t want those pre included apps , what should I do?
A: Use a Root Explorer and delete them.

6.Why is my first boot stuck at bootanimation?
A: It is not stuck.. the boot animation is only for 6 sec , but first boot takes time.. So patiently wait or have a pack of chips until it boots .

So as I said Earlier This ROM has been themed heavily. So here is a list of what is themed and what can be themed by users
Themed Apps:

6. Calculator (whole of it)
PURE VANIALLA.. NO THEMED APPS
Themeable Apps (with instructions)

1.Messaging: {THIS DOESNT APPLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE USED DUAL SIM ROM}
This app is awesome. You can theme almost everything. It even has quick reply.
You can theme Conversation List, Messaging Style , Widget Colour, Add Signature , Message Bubble, Conversation background etc .
HOW TO : Go to Messaging App -> Click on your left Hard Key ->Settings ->MMS Theme Settings


2.Keyboard: This keyboard comes with 7 themes.
HOW TO: Either use NOVA or APEX Launcher ->
Long Press on Home Screen -> Shortcuts-> Activities -> Google Keyboard -> Android Keyboard Debug Settings. Click on the “Android Keyboard Debug Settings” Shortcut -> Select Keyboard Theme -> Select your theme.

3.Whole of System :

4.Battery Icon : This is based on XBattery themer

I have uploaded 2 ROM , one with dual sim active switch in messaging other without that ... but that mms has a lot of theming options...
Choose which ever yo want 2.. ..and pm the link of your ROM..

Great ... Hmm I think you can give a try by changing camera under init.rc of boot.img ramdisk. And replace the libs... Anyhow... You are pretty good at this stuff... So if u need and any help... Just PM me ... Cheers..!
