Some ideas that seem big in other roms..clock choices(center.left.none)change able color schemes in notification bar.i always push multi window control, walkman, awesome beats, torch lucky patcher and rom toolbox to any rom i personally run, more themeing customibility as not to many verizon roms have this ability. Inverted apps, choice of kernels, sd swap, and the list goes on..hope you run with the info as not many devs making roms for verizon, in comparison too att or sprint. Thanks for adding choice, hope to see it grow into a rom i will eventually flash.

No offense bro but talking about pushing an apk to your device that patches security checks on paid apps is not really cool. Devs work hard to make that $1.

Wow.. telling people that you use LuckyPatcher on a developers site. Well done sir. Think much? I wish we could go back to shaming and humiliating app thieves :)

Sorry, all I'm trying to say is if you can afford a $600 cell phone, and $70/month for the bill.. then you can afford to buy a few apps and support the guy that brought it to you.

Back on topic, looking forward to giving this a go. Thanks to the OP.

One thing that would really make this interesting is the TabletUI mod, found in this dev section. I was able to apply it to Beans ROM, however, the thing that drove me away was having to keep messing with DPI for various apps that didn't seem to play well with modified DPI settings. Also, I lost most of the quick toggles when going to the tablet notification bar.
I don't know if there is a way to make it more newb-friendly, like the Paranoid DPI settings.
One can always apply the TabletUI mod anyways (assuming ROM compatibility), but it might be something people would want.

I like the sd swap mod! So that would be cool:) as thats really the only reason im on beans rom. I havent even bothered to flash other roms cause they dont have this feature.

Let's do the OP a favor and keep the thread on topic. He did is a favor by posting his work, now he is openly asking for feedback. We should show our appreciation and get some good discussion going.

TSM has ruined me for all other ROM's. I just can't walk away from the customizations!
What this guy said...I will say tsm parts is the closest thing to what the jbsorcery rom offered on the vzw nexus and tsm parts isn't close to what they offered but it's a good start. There's still many more things I'd like to see. My favorite thing about that rom is the one hand toggle, comes in handy because there's no other easy way to enable/disable it. But it's not dd worthy

But starting with a solid base like you have and focusing on performance and battery life is the most important. After that people are looking for custom toggles, every app in the multi app Window thing, volume tweaks, splanner app and widget, resizable pop up browser and dedicated app icon, 720p YouTube or the one you can download from, non ascending ring tone, sms screen wake off, call recorder and I can't think of anything else. After that stuff, I would consider to be almost necessary, then I would mention theming(not a fan of the stock theme). Custom toggle colors and designs, custom keyboard and dialer, custom clock color and position and possible day option as well as am pm option (big and small). Themed messages app, custom status bar icons and color option. Battery icon options and color. Transparent status bar and notification background. Custom framework background option and I'm sure some things have slipped my mind.

If I was a genius like yourself I'd take the idea of morphology and tsm parts and somehow combine the two...both are missing crucial components. Sorry to ramble. Always happy to see a new dev come over to the Verizon side. Thanks for taking the time to make this and possibly reading all of this. And I must say for only having it a few days and already releasing this is impressive. Looking forward to seeing your future work.

Yeah I would like to think that one toggle would not be the dd make/break point - though if the comment was on that rom as a whole my bad on misinterpreting. That being said, I'm happy to see that toggle gets noticed :)

I assumed it was because of verizons aggresive anti modding campain..bootloaders, otas to just relock bootloaders. Oh and pricey..but good service.

I would imagine it would likely have more to do with the lag in releasing the phone. Everyone who wanted it first went with other carriers.

Current:
VZW GNll running B10, 6,200MAh Hyperion with a Dremel'd box of otters & iPad 2

Graveyard: Droid - Droid 3 - T-Mo G2X - iPhone 4S

Well I've got the multi-window mod baked in, and now I'm looking into the wake lag to see if I can fix the wake lag without ruining deep sleep. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I've also found some bugs in the Koush Superuser app (and some lag) so I'll be going back to Chainfire SuperSU in 0.2.
