My friend, thank you. Can you change the version of VERSION 2.7.8
The reason is that it does not work well and changes the polarity from horizontal to vertical and vice versa, thus the dish signal disappears

I would like to help into upgrading this rom but at the moment I'm really busy with my studies owever I found about aidan's rom and apparently he's making a good job on other s905x3 devices, maybe his ROM could be helpfull

The process to install the ROM is pretty straight forward. USB A to A cable. Amlogic USB burning tool usually also install the needed drivers. Once you have opened the program and loaded the firmware, connect the unpowered device holding the power button( to put it in bootloader mode), then once it has been recognized you can flash.

You must use the usb 2.0 not the blue one or it won't be recognized.

Hello everyone, I followed the procedure indicated but Amlogic USB Tool (v.3.1.0) does not detect the K5. I changed cable, I changed pc, but nothing. I start the program, then connect the K5 to the PC by holding down the power button (red), but nothing.
What do you think is the problem?
