Welcome to the team d3rp ROM for the HTC One. Please read the whole first page of this thread!

ROM BASE:
- Android 4.1.2 JB, HTC Sense 5, OTA 1.29.651.10.
- Linux 3.4.10 kernel with system write, init.d and unsecure boot.
- All HTC, Google, and Sprint apps up to date.
- Latest busybox and superSU.
- It is recommended you flash a kernel with HTC logo2menu

ROM FEATURES:
- Build prop tweaks.
- Init post boot tweaks.
- Animation speed tweaks.
- Custom screen transitions.
- Smooth scrolling mod.
- GPS tweaks.
- AGPS enabled by default.
- Wifi tweaks.
- Zipaligns on boot.
- Dark HTC One boot and down animations.
- Custom d3rpONE startup dialog.
- Removed data throttling code.
- Lots of first boot default and custom settings not found in the base.
- Changed "Sprint" in dropdown to "d3rpONE".
- Removed "Sprint" on the lockscreen.
- Removed "select input method" notification.
- Removed HTC loggers.
- Advanced power menu by long press power.
- ADB debugging icon hidden.
- Max hotspot connections now defaulted to 8.
- Signature check disabled for apks.
- LOTS of bloat removed.
- Default home screens are empty on clean install.
- MMS over wifi, mostly fixed compression from Sprint.
- Statusbar icons removed: headphones/headset, vibrate/silent, alarm, GPS target.
- Fixed data signal for 1X/3G.
- Added bins - bash, nano, zip, sysro, sysrw.
- Removed "Power Manager" from the dropdown.
- Statusbar clock is bold.
- Dope team d3rp wallpaper.
- DNS server hack for faster market.
- Prism specific scrolling and drawer speed modifications.
- Added HTC notes package.
- Added way better all apps background gradient.
- Changed gross orange progress bar to blue.
- Added sqlite3 vacuum support.
- Missed call and in call notification icons are white now.
- Made statusbar GPS waves blue.
- Changed red beats notify to blue to match the ROM.
- Removed am/pm from status bar.
- Removed headphones/headset icon.
- Made green call buttons in phone blue to match ROM.
- Added hardware acceleration and android persistence to key system apps.
- Changed system transition animations - toast and wallpaper in/out.
- Enabled BT fast connect and BT auto connect.
- Moved all base preload system apps to /system/app/.
- Moved all base preload data apps to /data/app/.
- Included Notification Toggle app with custom default statbar icon.
- Changed divider line in popup dialog boxes from solid to faded blue.
- Added working Google Wallet.
- Added roam only to phone.
- Changed legacy white progress spinners to black.
- Added some low level battery and performance enhancements.
- NFC works with the screen off.
- Added back the "stay awake while charging" option.
- Changed lock icon to cool up arrows.
- Changed all apps icon to prism icon.
- Changed app drawer "back to home" icon so it made sense.
- Changed lockscreen incoming call phone icon to blue.
- Changed dropdown background to dark grey not black.
- Removed in line notification backgrounds in dropdown.
- Changed 4G icons to LTE.
- Added menu functionality to home screens.
- Removed dock folder backgrounds.
- Fixed ESPN and other streaming apps.
- Added the ability to scale HTC widgets - calc, people, music, calendar.
- Probably lots of other stuff.

easily remove or add back the 3 dot menu bar

- Added in 100% battery to stock ROM battery.
- Changed pulldown handle, "no recent apps", and lock hint text to D3RPONE.

- Changed default fonts to Roboto Thin from AOSP 4.3.

- Changed stock icon colors for more variety.

MOBILE COMMANDER VERSION 0.0.1

What is it?

This is a tool used in Terminal Emulator to manage d3rpONE.

What Can it do?

-Manage your d3rpONE SVN.

     - Checkout repository
     - Update repository
     - Build flashable zip of d3rpONE or Bareback
     - Reboot Recovery

-Manage d3rp mods.

     - Make your d3rpONE rom Bareback in runtime.
     - Choose homescreen grid size (Sense Launcher).
     - Add / remove HTC 3 dot menu.
     - Select System UI mods like:
          - Battery icons.
          - Bold / normal status bar clock.
          - Status bar clock location.
     - Screen on / off for incoming SMS messages.
     - Select system fonts.
     - Transparancy mods, such as:
          - Homescreens and Blinkfeed.
          - Status bar drop down.
     - Download additional d3rp Wallpaper apps.

-Access commonly used utilities.

     - File system check.
     - CPU Controls for Stock, Wolfpack, and ElementalX kernels, including:
          - Governor.
          - MIn and Max cpu frequencies.
          - Undervolting (With supported kernel).
          - Capacative button brightness.
          - Sweep 2 Wake, Double Tap 2 Wake, Logo 2 Wake (With supported kernel).
          - Fast charging (With supported kernel).
          - Backup & restore cpu settings.
     - Fix permissions.
     - Reboot menu.
     - System app removal.

How do I use it?

-Open terminal emulator app included with the rom.

-Type:

*Note* - Default is still 4x4, so if you use 4x5 and you update your ROM, you can easily swap back after flashing using d3rp Mobile Commander. You'll be back to 4x5 in just a few seconds.

*Note* - If using 4x5, you can change back to 4x4 then revert back to 4x5 later and keep your icon locations. They will be remembered for you.


*Note* - On changing the battery percent, your wallpaper will revert to the default.

*Note* - On changing SMS screen on/off, your Messaging shortcut will vanish. You'll need to pull it from your drawer again, if you have shortcut for it.

(Removed info about the scripts, as everything can be accessed through d3rp Mobile Commander now.)
