Man this looks awesome! I am very excited for what is happening with this rom!! Thank you for your hard work!!

---------- Post added at 11:27 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:16 AM ----------

I do have one stupid question. I am on stock ZVC rooted, but I don't have twrp recovery. So am If I am correct, I have to tot my phone back to ZVA? Thanks in advance.

No, just use autorec to install it. You can install the cloudyfa jdi kernel if you get the white lines issue. Works great.

Can't find where I got this from or who to give credit, but here is a modified Autorec with the JDI kernel for our LS980. Works flawless: https://app.box.com/s/4fyf6fkip6v3frqpvx7e

I just wanted to say that after I flashed this, I waited 5 minutes b4 touching anything after rom has fully booted. I have not had one force close and no issues. Thank you team d3rp for an awesome, smooth and stable review rom. I know you guys have been through a lot of stuff in the process of putting this to KK, bricked phones as well as many other things. Just want to say thank you for not giving up and keeping this version of the device alive!

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't D3rp include its own kernel? Any other kernel specifying JDI or LGIT is overwritten, hence it is up to each developer to have 2 kernels available to accommodate both hardware types.
If you use that modified autorec you will end up with stock kernel modified for JDI, but you won't have the D3rp JDI kernel, which is available in the OP.
Edit: I see what you mean, you are using it before going to D3rp to get recovery. But he has to know he has JDI hardware if using that autorec. Good to know someone made that version though.

Also, ROM is working excellent. Can't wait for SuperG2 Bareback!! :)

@op , Team d3rp - Man - You guys rock!! and I mean it.

If you don't mind my wishlist for this ROM:
1. FM Radio - It works well on Rayglobe ROM for LS980
2. Data on RUIM (CDMA SIM) - Phone says Service Disabled on 4.4.2 but it did work on earlier versions
3. APN List - Which was missing on Stock ZVC
4. USB Tethering - If it's not included already
5. Volume Fix
6. Transparent Weather
7. Dial pad with recent call list (maybe if possible)
8. TweakBox for tweaking Status bar items like Battery Icon, Network Icon, Clock color, (if possible)

I think this would finally turn out to be a ROM that would really work extremely well..

This rom is already working extremely well and will continue to do so. It's a "preview" of what we will deliver but it really is in more than a "preview" state, it's "your" preview. First and foremost, we will deliver the most stable and usable rom to the community that we can AND we will not compromise this. We pride ourselves on our roms being as stable as stock, flash and forget.

Some of the things you have mentioned might be possibilities, one will be done for sure, one will not, for sure, but no promises otherwise. Thanks for the wish list but I don't want everyone posting a list of things that will make the rom work well. ;)

Lots of fc's like lg keyboard and weather. I did wipe in twrp. Is there something i missed when wiping. It looked sweet but had to restore cause too many fcs. Is there a special way to wipe before flashing?

Just be sure to wipe cache/dalvik cache/data/system before flashing. We've been at this for quite awhile and never had anything like that happened.

Mine is running great so far. Well for the five minutes or so ive had it. I was nervous to install a rom on this phone because it seems people are having all sorts of issues. All of my other phones ive had no problems installing things. But i had issues getting twrp on here and seeing all the other problems people were having i was about to just leave it stock but i recognized il duces name from a different phone and he was always helpful with people so i gave this rom a try and glad i did cause i like non stock stuff. Ok im done sorry for the non rant.

Hey listen to this guy. Once u flash rom, let it boot and dont touch it for 5 mins or so. I took his advice on another thread and do all my roms this way now. I also have not had one single issue on this rom and battery is fugging ridiculous. Thanks.

Exactly! I used this when running CloudyFlex. If you're stock rooted and don't yet have recovery this works for our device.

The one thing I gotta have, USB Tether. Does it work on this ROM? I'd love to give this a try, but not if it doesn't USB Tether :p

If it doesn't let us know, but you can always use an app from the market.

Running great for me with no issues so far.
One thing I'd like to be able to do is resize the Nav bar closer to the stock size. Is there an easy way to do this?

G3 kb is definitely a go. LG did a great job on it. Also redid that HORRIBLE dialer. Its not finished yet, and this is just a rough draft but this is what it will probably look like.

    [ROM][MILESTONE1] SuperG2 Bareback [ZVC][8/5/14]

    SuperG2bareback%20(1)50.png

This is a Optimus/Home free version of our d3rpG2 Rom that has been put on a serious diet. The goal of this was to strip down not only the "regular" bloat but also much of the extras that can be safely removed YET leaving the rom fully functional and d3rp Certified. Yes, the rom really is only 841mb of d3rp!

See the OP for the very long list of what makes this rom series THE ONE to be on and PLEASE thank @youdug for the time spent continuing this kicka$$ rom series! :D Then.... look down below here for a few additional notes about Bareback.

Rom includes Nova launcher (feel free to use any launcher you would like but Nova and Nova Prime are light weight and have tons of features and functionality) as the default, you can restore LG's Home with the zip below.

We have also include the Lucent Remix Icon pack (can be set in Nova settings) with custom walls and AppGetter application for requesting custom app icons by Team d3rp's lovely @vanessaem who makes all things pretty (Including the OP images). You can follow some of V's pretty things in her thread located here >>>>>> [ICON SETS, UCCWs, and More] Themes by vanessaem.

Also thanks are in order for @thoughtlesskyle for the custom walls you'll see featured on the lockscreen and in the d3rp walls app. We like, so you get to enjoy!

Last but not least, our trusty testing crew, @secret.animal, @That_Guy0505, and @lowpro3210 as they made sure everything was in order for both roms and don't even complain about my incessant requests for clean flashes. Lol

things have been slower from us because solver and youdug and me have been dealing with real life time contraining issues, just fyi guys

i think it's almost ready, mrrogers is trying to keep me on track (since i'm the only one of us 3 that's somewhat available)

afaik there's a couple visual bugs only, and i'm trying to figure them out.

once that's done i assume m1 is ready
