i see u've already tried MiniCM7 2.1.4
why don't u port/fix it so it can work on our shakira??
or maybe u've already on the way :confused:
accelerometer, proximity, compass, wifi, status bar doesn't work
if u have spare time i hope u can fix it, if not maybe u can give me a clue how and i'll try my best with my noob knowledge :D

I fixed all of the bugs you said exept wifi with libs from CM 20 nightly. But it still looks a bit wrong (pattern unlock, status bar text...)

how about CM 9 nightly?? some post in dev FXP/CM ROM said that wifi works fine with that ROM.
if u don't mind, would share u'r fix about the sensors :D

guys i'recently intalled minicm 2.0.7 to a friends x8 and when flashing baseband 15 now when it boots up its asking for a network lock code and with mines i went to 2.1.9 with nAa kernel 11 no such issue any idea why????

basically i want to go way ahead but i always flash this on to check if there's no problem and find out that the phone is now asking for the network lock pin and want to fix this first prior to continue any idea why this happen??? i have a previous which is mine and so far nAa kernel 11 so cool with 2.1.9 but on *this walaaa the pin network


EDIT: whaaaaaaaaat dunno what is going on but with stock 1.6 it works fine network data and all any idea whats goin on here...... might it be the phone it wont take any modified kernel????

i have installed this ROM...

and this ROM more faster from GingerXperia Especial for Stock Kernel...

but, this ROM have little bugs, sometimes shown up windows close application, like twitter plugin and call log plugin... :(

overall is good job! :) alternative for stock kernel shakira..:)

can u give a bugs list of Minicm6 for me please... i hope this Minicm6 for me is a stable version. bcause i don't want to use 2.3 a.k.a cm7, cm7 battery is poor... wish u good luck on making a rom for us... and hope Minicm6 in this threads is stable rom... and did Minicm6 work on stock kernel from Sony Ericsson???

MiniCM6 is from Jun 13, 2011 and will probobly not get any more updates but it is almost bug-free (about the same as the GB ROMs) but it has out of sync audio when shooting video.

It is very stabile, made for the stock SE kernel, has better memory and battery use than GB ROMs.

    Requirements:
    • 2.1.1.A.0.6 or later SE firmware and ...015 Baseband.
    • Root and CWM Recovery installed.

    Instructions:
    • Download the latest ROM
    • Move MiniCM7-2.x.x-X8.zip to your sdcard
    • Move gapps-gb-xxxxxxxx-signed.zip to your sdcard
    • Boot to CWM Recovery
    • Make a backup in CWM Recovery if you want to restore later
    • Select "Factory Reset" in CWM Recovery (no need to do this if you are already running MiniCM7)
    • Select "install custom zip from sdcard" in CWM Recovery
    • Install MiniCM7-2.x.x-X8.zip to your sdcard
    • Install gapps-gb-xxxxxxxx-signed.zip to your sdcard
    • Reboot (first boot will take ~1-5 minutes, wait)
    • If you don't stick to the above instructions you might get various problems (WiFi, Data traffic, Bluetooth, App2SD etc). In that case, and before reporting an issue, Make sure that your Baseband is ...015 (Settings -> About phone and baseband) and select "Factory Reset" form the top menu of xrecovery & Reboot

    FAQ
    After I flashed this ROM my phone does not boot, why?
    Take out the battery and boot to CWM-Recovery and do a full wipe, if you cant boot to CWM-Recovery try the next step.

    I bricked my phone, help me!
    Remove your battery and put it back and use Flashtool to flash this (2.1.1.A.0.6 Nordic firmware with latest SE kernel and baseband).

    I don't like the miniCM theme, how can I change it?
    You can change theme with the app theme chooser.

    Does it include real dual touch?
    No it is not real dual touch but it works fine for pinch-zooming.

    Why doesn't WiFi work for me?
    Try to delete all remembered networks or delete /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf, if that does not work try a full wipe.

    How can I change the keyboard?
    Open the SMS-app and hold the "Type to compose" and select input method and select another keyboard.

    Dual touch does not work.
    Download the dualtouch module from here and extract it and overwite the x8gesture with the .ko file.

    It is based on MiniCM for X10 Mini and not a ported hero Rom

    Market works better for me, Froyo Native App2SD works and the rom is more stable to me.

    I was in Bulgaria for a week and I come back some days ago but I have been busy in school.

    MiniCM7-2.0.1 released and fixes a lot of things.
    Bugs:
    Camera works in VGA mode only
    Camera button not working
    WiFi not working
    Compass not working

    Will try to fix WiFi and compass this weekend.

    EDIT: Video recording seems to work in High Quality also.
    EDIT2: Use system theme because the MiniCM theme is low res.
