[Rom] MIUI 1.11.11 EN-FR-DE-NL on Xperia ray

i don't even know we can take screenshot by power and volume down

and the FXP kernel changelog did't fix the light on ray, other Xperia phones are all fixed~

actualy I can activate the flashlight in command line.

something like "echo 100 > /sys/class/leds/torch/brightness" to activate
and "echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/torch/brightness"to deactivate.

the miui apllication points to /sys/class/leds/flashlight/brightness

but even when I change this it wouldn't work, but it didn't FC anymore

I thought this error in cm7 was already solved. Maybe you can disable pin code with another phone until there is a newer version ?

It's working now. I think what did the trick was the following:

I first flashed MiUI with MiUI Kernel, after that I flashed CM7 with MiUI Kernel still active to see if I could use that to get around the brightness bug in CM7.
It didnt boot, so I flashed the CM7 kernel - worked.
After that I installed MiUI on CM7 kernel - obviously didnt work.
After then flashing MiUI kernel again it worked.

I never did a wipe in between those steps.
Maybe that helped, but maybe it was just coincidence because now after every boot I still get the Sim error, but it is gone after a few seconds.

So it works now perfectly, thanks for the great work and If you need help with german localisation I am glad to help

MIUI rocks

This Rom is awsome and I love it very much.
Is there anywhere a zip for changing MIUI to German?
First I thought buying a Ray could be a fail, but now I'm impressed.
There are small bugs - but hey - better than stock rom

Bugs i found:
- Torch doesn't work
- Switching from back to front camera causes black screen but works
- can't change boot animation since last update
- FM radio doesn't work


Is there also a way to change the pic of the Free Xperia before the MIUI boot animation?

- Torch will be fixed in next release (already fixed in my test build)
- I'm now trying to add multilanguage
- boot animation.. why do you wan't to reboot
- FM .. Will not be fixes doon, it doesn't work in CM7

The FXP logo is in the ramdisk, to change it you will need to build your own kernel / ramdisk.

Next version will require newer SE firmware

• Fixed torch (flash when taking photo's doesn't work)

This Version Requires : SEMC 4.0.2.A.0.42 rom because it is based on fxp043

This is my first MIUI ROM and I must thank you for letting me experience it.

Aside from the stated bugs, the ROM's quite nice. It doesn't lag (although it eats more memory), battery drain's just a bit more than with CM7 (nothing big though), and its interface is better and more customizable.

Keep up the good job! WIll be looking forward to next update!

Flash not working is a known bug... and won't be fixed until it is fixed in FXP CM7 releases
