You guys are again spamming this dev thread with: question about the release and the waiting time. WHO CARES!? Just report usefull information and bug that u have found not other trash that can't be use from dev. I don't blame devs because they left the project.

Nice to see this coming! Few thoughts though.
As for translation packs, I think the Nexus S translation pack from MIUI-DEV should work, so Devs can go into testing without having to learn Traditional Chinese.

Mambo, I asume that if we are currently running CM7, the only thing we need to do is flash bilboa's Kernel and then flash MIUI test right? (Make sure there is an efs-backup of course).

And, about the installation form CM7, applying bilboas kernel in recovery and then flashing the Test Release will do the job right?

anyone is able to get the internal storage work? i can't get mine to work... and the phone service is not working after rebooting the phone... any idea?

Yup but camera works and camcorder as usual, RIL polling is still there.
You could do that, in theory it should work. But a fresh install is always better
