USB debugging not working

@puns546 hi.. I installed the rom and applied the patch. Everything seems to be working fine, but USB debugging is not working. i need it badly as without it I am not able to proceed with my android development. Is there any fix available for this issue..?

After miui 8 ver 6.11.15 whenever I installed this patch and reboot system then everytime find device fc occurs and sometimes it reboots itself....
Pls bro solve this issue
