Finally i got it working.. i did a force decryption device using all in one toolkit and the rom just booted normally. thankyou altai1963,XDAdaneil for helping me to get this thing working

How exactly did u do it? Plz tell.. I dont want to format my internal. Thanks

I tried to flash it and something reallllly weird happened. I flashed 3.2.8, then a compatible version of twrp, then this package, and after reboot, my screen looked like it was burned, like it was failing, with a blueish overlay. It was present even in fastboot... I think it messed my graphics drivers
Fixed by flashing beta16

I was on latest oxygen....I flashed and nothing happened....all was well...

how to root this rom ? Can I flash magisk for this purpose ?

Edit: Flashed the rom along with 3.2.8 firmware, but everytime while booting up it shows one screen saying -""Decryption unsuccessful" and a Reset Phone button. When I click on reset phone button it just factory resets phone and again shows the same screen. What to do now ?

If you have problem to flash it, unzip and delete in update-scrip the lines in beginning of a file about: this is oneplus you have Oneplus... And it will work.
