Xiaomi.eu is a custom ROM based on MIUI. Xiaomi.eu roms started off as a way to get a more "European" experience out of MIUI, which was predominantly Chinese. This involved better localization for non-Chinese languages, and making changes to make MIUI more global in nature. Xiaomi.eu is a custom rom, and as such, contains a fair few tweaks over the Official Global Stable. Ofcourse, due to its unofficial nature, you can not complain about Xiaomi.eu to Xiaomi.
