POCO M3
No more lags for me since the last Xiaomi.eu version.
One thing that kept mi attention was that after flashing it and doing the first wipes through custom recovery in order to really erase any old trace of the StockRom, when it booted up it kept showing the same appearances as in StockRom and that time it did was really laggy, so I completely formatted once more but this time through phone's settings and when it booted up again then it showed the real xiaomi.eu configs and lagging improved by far, but like I said, it's still a little bit laggy, I wonder if it'll get smoother as the days pass and the system settles?

I've just flashed this amazing Rom based on the opinions about performance and so, but I've recently noticed it a little bit laggy, which shouldn't be. I came from the European Stockrom version and to be honest that one was smoother even with all the sh...t that had preinstalled. Did anyone face the same after flashing the amazing xiaomi.eu custom rom? Help pls, I'll really appreciate it!
SOLVED!!!
Apparently having Magisk installed seemed to be the issue. Once uninstalled lags were no longer a problem. Shout out to Xiaomi.eu team for their amazing work, now hoping and waiting for them to update the Stable Version Rom for POCO M3!

Yes, just like what i did before 😄

I skip the 12.0.8 version, cause the update changelog is useless, 12.0.9 is performances and stability improvement..

You can dirty flash it too..

Note: Don't forget to enabled OTA from the settings of your custom recov before flashing on it.. Use the full firmware of updated version that you want to update with..

I did both for both versions, results are the same... plugged or unplugged, no change for results

MIUI 12.0.3 EU unplugged :
View attachment 5167691

awake from hours (previous screenshots were after reboot, is there a small impact ? don't know, but results are really closed)

I like this phone, I was afraid by previous comments and reactions before I received mine... but It's a good low budget phone.
Bro is this already tweaked ?, Is it safetynet passed too ?
Also what variant do you use of poco m3

Reading about it - once I didn't get: Is it the official Xiaomi ROM for EUrope (to convert from a chinese ROM) or a kind of custom ROM?
xiaomi.eu is a community that modifies official MIUI ROMs to add features/remove unneeded stuff like ads. Look at the first post for a full list of added features. Also, it seems to be based off MIUI global stable ROMs. According to a post in xiaomi.eu forums there is no Chinese equivalent of Poco M3, therefore there are no China weekly builds.
