Hello everyone,

I wanted to give WIUI a try and installed it ontop of PVL-Stock-PLUS which I'm using right now (Defy+). Everything went fine and I liked the look and feel of it. But when I tried to receive an SMS, it didn't reach me and instead the phone rebooted, probably when it was meant to accept the incoming SMS. Has anyone an idea what to do about it - or am I supposed to use a different ROM as base for my Defy+ to get a working GB-Kernel? And, if, what would be best?

Thanks! madelgijs
in application there is one called"Superuser" open it and at the bottom see a switch with on/off position set it to off
also in your dialer the application you make your phone calls open the settings left button next to home button there is a setting of "black list" there chose what you want otherwise you may lose calls

I have a SOC MB525 running WIUI Stable (GB) 3.1.27 (with stock Froyo kernel), with new MB525 1650 battery. It won't charge to 100% but to 80% ... Tried battery calibration and even battery fix from recovery but no change.
Any suggestion?
Thanks.

Try battery fix number 3 given by tweety peety in whiterabbit rom for defy plus mb526..
If it doesn't work try all other 5 battery fix...
Total fixes are 6
I own defy plus so there is no guarantee it wil work but trying it is worth. Make nandroid backup before trying...

I have a SOC MB525 running WIUI Stable (GB) 3.1.27 . But my wifi is not working , it shows the network but fails to connect. Any solution? tried reinstalling and wiping cache and dalvik cache
I don't know if you got it to work yet, but that happens to me a lot. I have to unplug my router, wait a min, and plug it back in, an then it will connect. Got me why, but it works.

Excellent ROM

Motorola Defy+: a very good hardware but a lousy stock software. Luckily this excellent custom MIUI ROM changed everything and now we have a very good phone alltogether. I'm on the GB version of the ROM, which is fully comparable with and matches the official CM7.2 ROMs.

I added my personal configuration and "tweaks" and I have now a 1%/3hours battery drain during night time (airplane mode on) and 2%/3 hours during day time. This way the battery could last at least one week in stand-by mode.

I don't know if you got it to work yet, but that happens to me a lot. I have to unplug my router, wait a min, and plug it back in, an then it will connect. Got me why, but it works.
The same happened to me, but it was the fault of the wireless conection of the router, because I had the same problem with my tablet. I changed the username, password and security of the router and now everything works fine.

guys i would like to know 2 things..
since miui gb is the fastest rom i tried for this device (and i tried a lot!) i would like to know if there is any chance of overclocking GPU as in cm 10.2 (the aero app is only for CM).
And if there is any source of themes for this version, as most of pages i found in google are for V4 and newer.
thanks in advance!
