The wait is over! Here is MIUI 8 Global for Nexus 4​

Nexus4Global = Base CM
MakoGlobal = Base Fake Nexus

Features

What does not work properly?
-BASE CM > Mobile network signal doesn't displays correctly sometimes (No SIM card) > FIX (2-Tap in power button)
-Secured WiFi hotspots doesn't work > FIX temporary: Install FoxFI app
-Custom Apns are not saved, but edit an existing one is possible

Install Guide:
-Don't forget to backup your files
-Reboot to recovery
-Copy the ZIP to phone storage
-Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache; System; Data; Cache in recovery
-Install ZIP
-Reboot and enjoy !!!
-First boot may take 10 to 15 minutes "wait..."

Use twrp (3.0.x-x), wipe system, data, cache and art/dalvik, try again.
