What did you do to fix RIL ? I have a build for the Evo LTE but cannot figure out data

You should be able to change it with *#*#4636#*#*

Are you on the newest radio? I had this exact issue in now's gpe ROM. I never bothered to figure out why it was happening but I suspect it was my radio version.

Hmmm I've ran 4.4 roms, don't they use the latest radio?

No Sir., radios have to be flash it separated, however I saw you are on VZW mean if you took the OTA 4.2.2
you got the new radios if not you have a old radio. however the updated radio you can find it here and flash it
from recovery. Credit to Santod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2560010

first check your Radio version on bootloader is 1.01.01.1112

If 4G LTE keeps switching on/off I believe that was the issue with the other MIUI builds around here.. Had to change settings after every boot that never stuck.. just like the settings info in post 3.. I had to do that after every reboot and they never saved.. I'm going to give it a go for sure! I love me some MIUI ... Been having Wifi issues as of late anyway..

just me talking here but wouldnt it always reset anyways since the base is built for gsm now if said compiler would compile cm base for cdma then patch miui to it chances should increase?

and for who asked if this is sense based im sure its not since most miui builds are based on cyanogenmod / aosp as sense is not miui port friendly imo

Yeah, I just seem to remember reading that the official htc one miui is sense based. It's kind of unusual but not unheard of.

Also, if worse comes to worse, wouldn't it be possible to create a script that automatically changes it to lte/CDMA on every boot?
