I want to remove some system app from my device, like as mi browser, mi video, mail, etc. so I think to root my redmi note 10 in this rom. how to root xiaomi.eu v12.0.11.. kindly anyone help me plz

Hello, let's get this straight. I want to install this rom using TWRP from Indonesia ROM (RGKIDXM 12.0.4.0).
Does it need different tweaks to install, or just follow TWRP Instructions? thanks

Just follow the instructions and make a nandroid backup incase if something went wrong

no you can make a nandroid backup using twrp having root isn`t necessary

I flashed the latest version of xiaomi.eu for RN10, I think I have read something about backups and conflicts but I'm not sure and I can't find any information, I would like to know if there is a problem because I restored the backup I had when starting the custom rom, and I have experienced some glitches that I think shouldn't be on xiaomi.eu like these:

* Notifications are delayed showing old notifications

* Sound notifications sometimes do not sound

* Volume control with headphones plugged in sometimes gets out of control

* The error that bothers me the most is that when you turn off the phone, and turn on the next day from time to time there is a temporary loss of data, the wallpaper is erased and it turns black, permissions of some apps are erased and I have to grant them again, whatsapp warns that the storage is full but I have 70gb free, and also if I enter an app the phone stays loading a screen and I have to restart it.

I would also like to ask, after having installed the rom, did I have to wipe dalvik and cache? Could you do it even without problem to try to solve the problems?

no you can make a nandroid backup using twrp having root isn`t nesseasry

Just updated to 12.5.2 and notifications are now working perfectly and the phone is a little bit faster. Also the UI is a little bit more coherent.

does it fix the sound issue? I installed to 12.0.11 version on my global Redmi Note 10 but it had a problem where the sound just simply stopped randomly, then I would have to restart the phone. like 3 times a day!

You mean video recording audio issue or system sound like notifications and playing some videos ?

The whole system sound just stops working, RIngtone, sound in the earpiece every sound stops working until the phone is restarted, Then everything works again for a couple of hours or so.

Many other users have reported it too who use Malaysian ROMs on the Global version. I am really confused how nobody else is reporting this issue on this thread.

I have exacty same issues! On Eu and Indonesia Stock Rom BL locked! It is annoying as f****! I think using Miui Contact and dialer cause the issue! It is always trigged by a call....successive calls mostly....!!!! I have been able to take a logcat....may be s.o can help to resolve the issue! Global Stock Rom has not that issue on locked BL

Mine is 128 gb, are you on Stock or Xiaomi.eu rom, When I am stock Global rom I don't have the issue, it only appears when Xiaomi.eu rom is Installed

I think you are right, could you try using True Phone dialer app for a few days and report if it fixes the issue?

Lemme try it and see!!! It is very annoying to reboot the phone when the other person on the other end has just picked the call....lol

No, I am not, I just installed the ROM via fastboot and did not touch anything else.

If no one else have this issue then I wonder if there is a hardware issue with my phone. I'll revert to stock tomorrow and check if the problem goes away or not.
