I'll try that tomorrow and report backAye. Just uncheck ZIP signature verification (if checked), since the ZIP will be unsigned (if you don't sign it yourself after recompression).

FYI i've tried this now and i'm still faced with ERROR 1 when trying to update the EU ROM using TWRP... stuck on this version for now. Any other suggestions?Any of you peeps tried to just decompress the ZIP and recompress it, without replacing the update-binary?
Tried it wrong then. We've confirmed a perfectly working flashing already, so just get the latest Weekly that we just released.FYI i've tried this now and i'm still faced with ERROR 1 when trying to update the EU ROM using TWRP... stuck on this version for now. Any other suggestions?

Hello. Got my Mi MIX 4 yesterday and currently on latest china stable rom. Having issues with notifications being delayed and sometimes just shows up when I open the app itself. Setting Auto start on and removing battery restrictions doesn't help either.
Does this rom fix those issues? Currently waiting for days to unlock bootloader.
Hey thanks. Yeah I speak GermanHey, i am can help you.
i have the Mix 4 too.
When you install the Xiaomi.eu Stable Version via Fastboot it automatically install TWRP too. TWRP is available for Odin with Android 11. The Weekly Version based on Android 12 has no TWRP at this time.
You can install the latest update via .zip file and TWRP or via Fastboot
The Fastboot-Version includes a "update"-file without wipe data.
I am on the weekly version and updated my weekly updates on the fastboot way.
When you can speak german, i can explain you that in german.![]()

I'm having problems installing the latest 12.5.9 xiaomi.eu rom to Mix 4 using TWRP. Have tried two versions of TWRP (mifirm.net and unofficial Twrp) and neither lets me install latest mix 4 stable ROM . I flashed TWRP, wiped the phone, format(yes), and adb push the zip file to the /data/ partition but when I run the rom zip in TWRP I always get an error. Not sure if this is relevant but even though I have done a format, when it fails and if I reboot to system, it re-installs the weekly version rom I had on it previously I've done this process dozens of times before but have I done something wrong this time? Any help would be great! Pictures of error attached.
Thanks so much for this. I will do it this evening and report back.Your problem was caused by an old update-binary that doesn't support the EROFS filesystem of MIX 4. The attached file has been extracted from one of the packages of Project-ICE. Download and unzip it, replace xiaomi.eu_multi_MIX4_V12.5.9.0.RKMCNXM_v12-11.zip\META-INF\com\google\android\update-binary with it. And then recompress, flash it.

Aye. Just uncheck ZIP signature verification (if checked), since the ZIP will be unsigned (if you don't sign it yourself after recompression).
