I had the same problem and got solution.did but still launcher force closes
guess have to flash the ROM again, no problem
Press and hold home button -> App manager -> select Launcher -> clear data. That's all.
1st step is bit tricky b'coz launcher is giving fc's. As soon as launcher starts again press home. Once you get into App manager, remaining part is easy.
ah ok of course this can also be a solution, therefore wipe cache isn't working because it doesn't delete the launcher cache.
on root explorer and some apps, text is hard to seen,
because the background somehow forced to white, and the text is white.
any solution or workaround?

strange, you using the stock Theme ??? what you can also try is to activate compatibility mode, go to programs, manage apps, search your app and at the bottom part you will find some button to activate compatability mode

yes compatibility mode is the workaround for it,
never knew that function was exist before

The data switch stays pressed in on the status bar, until you pull it up and then down again. Both when turning ON and OFF. (toggle set to "page") (I've already emailed you about it
)P.S. 40 hours on battery now and it's at 48%

yeah I know and some users in my forum posted it also, looks like a MIUI Bug. Maybe solved in 2.2.17, but I won't give an update for one month. Too much work to do it every week. Concentrating on my White Rabbit Edition which will be finished this weekend and I think on this you would even had more battery life.
Anyone having problems with MIUI control Panel? Mine is not hiding the apps.

the app is not hiding in the app drawer..
but anyway i could group that useless apps shortcut into a particular folder.

at first i was sceptical too mate, knowing the name is pikachu.
but this is fast, and battery friendly..

Hi i have some issues with calling/receiving/sendings SMS...
when i startup my phone its ok for about +-10mins but then it isnt calling/sending and its really annoying, ive tried baseband switcher, but its the same effect as rebooting.
It could be by mine SIM card its little bit older, should i change it?
I downgraded my Defy+ with that chinesse froyo sbf

Hi, the rom's great, I just have one question: is it possible to switch to 24h clock? I've searched for it in settings and didn't find anything.

I have a Defy+ with cyanogen 7.2 nightly installed right now.
So how do I install this one?
Should I flash to froyo from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1486731 and then MIUI pikachu?
should I flash any kernel after that?
Does the GPS work properly? I read somewhere that gps on MIUI is terrible
