[ROM] [MIUI v5 - 4.11.28] [MTK6592] Micromax Canvas Knight A350 - Other Clones

MIUIv5 4.11.28 for the beloved CANVAS KNIGHT A350
Ported from the adria rom for REDMI NOTE 3G - Thanks to BALCANGSM for his amazing rom!
Features -
1. All the usual MIUI v5 features with a toolbox* as a bonus.
2. Fast, reliable, daily use rom.
3. Flash Crossbreeder and see the magic!

Bugs -

1. In toolbox, dont switch the main storage. It will brick the internal storage mount points and you will have to flash the rom again.
2. Upon first boot, lockscreen isn't working. To fix it, bring down the status bar and open settings and then press the home button to go to the launcher, then go to themes app and install any other theme and the lock will work just fine.
The problem is not with Lock, its with the miuiv6 theme so don't cry.
3. Latest version of google maps is not working, download the apk from http://d-h.st/Cmi and install it just like any ordinary apk but remember to uninstall previously installed google maps app. Thanks to @hell1134 for this solution.

Instructions -

1. Reboooooot into recovery, I prefer CWM and make a backup.
2. Factory reset. Delete Cache.
3. Go into mounts/storage and format data, system, and cache partitions.
4. Format dalvik-cache, just in case.
5. Flash the downloaded rom and reboot.
6. (OPTIONAL) After two three boots, flash Crossbreader for amazingly ultimate speed boost.

Hello Everyone,

Below is just an addition to the OP

Credits :
Parathakur for porting the miui
Micromax for this awesome phone
Xiaomi for their amazing MIUI

More Detailed way to install this ROM.

Prerequisites :
Download the Rom and save it on the internal SD Card(Storage memory)

STEP 1
First of all root your phone-(This is only for canvas knight running KK 4.4.2)
Use the below link to root you phone by installing custom recovery-TWRP/CWM

Once rooted reboot the phone to verify if you have root access (Updated supersu binaries if prompted to).

STEP 2
Power off the phone and follow the below steps to reboot to recovery.
Hold and press together Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.
Now you will see menu, where choose option Recovery mode using Volume Up.

STEP 3-Deletion of existing ROM
In here we will be using Volume UP and Volume Down to Navigate up and down in the menu and power button to select.
Now navigate to wipe data/factory reset and delete all the user data( Hoping that you have taken a backup)
Now navigate to wipe cache partition and delete the davlik cache.

STEP 4-Installing MIUI
Now navigate to Install zip from sdcard and select choose zip from internal sd card
Navigate to location where you have saved the Rom and select it wait for completion.

STEP 5-
Once the the installation is complete reboot the phone
It might take a while for the phone to boot at first.
Complete the setup process.

Congratulations now you have miui on Micromax Knight.

Known Issues
Lock Screen Missing
Calendar and Weather icons missing(Icon art)
Fix :
This is the default theme problem hence would recommend to download any other theme to make it work.

Caution
1. In toolbox, dont switch the main storage. It will brick the internal storage mount points and you will have to flash the rom again.
2. Do not activate the pattern lock before changing the theme.(If already done then reboot to recovery and delete the Davlik cache).

Also the graphics are misaligned especially in music & video app.

For music use another player from play store and for video use MX player!

Once I ported MIUI v5 from Gold to my Knight but it wasn't that impressive in terms of speed. You can flash this on gold and see if it works but first obviously make a cwm backup and have the sp tool and stock rom ready to flash boot.img if your phone stops booting like mine did.

I tryedto install this rom without any change . after install on language sellaction screen gone crash and tuch is not working and battery discharging v fast can u tell me how can I fix it I don't know anything about rom porting
